Eden Project

Back to Supporters

The Eden Project is wholly owned by the Eden Trust, an educational charity and social enterprise. We use exhibits, events, workshops and educational programmes to remind people of our dependence on, and connection to, the natural world.

We welcome over a million people every year to join in our events and learn from our exhibits and we try to ensure all our visitors leave knowing something more about their connections to the world. Beyond our site in Cornwall our purpose is to engage, entertain and inspire the imagination to a much wider audience.

This work includes includes programmes and projects with schools, colleges and universities, and national campaigns such as The Big Lunch.

  • "The current dire state of the UK economy and the radical shrinking of the public sector demands that we accelerate the transition to a more sustainable low carbon economy, where social enterprise plays a central role. We are delighted to support the Social Enterprise Qualification which aims to encourage young people to understand and champion social enterprise as the business model of the future."
